2027 Global Climate Challenge (MIT Solve)

Overview

MIT Solve's 2027 Global Climate Challenge seeks technology-based solutions for climate adaptation and decarbonization, including low-carbon resilient cities, climate hazard protection, resilient food systems, and coastal restoration.

Eligibility

Teams/individuals with a tech-based solution (Concept through Scale stage) addressing climate adaptation or decarbonization; one solution per team per challenge.

Nationality: Open globally

Funding & Benefits

$10,000 Solver Award grant for all selected teams; $1M+ total prize pool including additional theme-specific prizes; average of $40k funding per team post-selection.
