Permanent bioinformatician post in the Spalding lab (Department of Cell and Molecular Biology) analysing and integrating high-dimensional RNA datasets on adipose tissue in obesity and metabolic disease. Last application date 13 October 2026.
Eligibility
PhD or equivalent expertise; essential experience analysing single-cell RNA-seq data; strong statistics and programming; reproducible workflows; fluent English.
