Overview

ETH Zürich's Laboratory of Exercise and Health (Department of Health Sciences and Technology) is hiring a bioinformatician to lead single-cell omics analyses in vascular and skeletal muscle biology research.

Eligibility

PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computational genomics, or related quantitative field; hands-on scRNAseq analysis experience (Seurat/Scanpy); strong R and/or Python skills; HPC experience preferred; advanced English
