Overview

The CiM-IMPRS programme trains PhD students in cell dynamics, imaging and molecular biomedicine across University of Münster and MPI for Molecular Biomedicine groups. The 2027 call opens 2 March 2027 and closes 1 May 2027, with PhD start around 1 October 2027.

Eligibility

Master's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, natural sciences, mathematics or computer science; proof of English competence; German not required; medical/veterinary degree holders cannot apply; applicants must name 1-3 of the 14 research groups.

Funding & Benefits

PhD employment with annual gross salary of EUR 37,510 (EUR 28,854 for chemistry/pharmacy positions); no tuition fees.
