Overview

Long-term staff scientist role building computational infrastructure, data pipelines and databases for AI-driven protein design, and training researchers in computational workflows. Applications close 8 November 2026; start 1 February 2027.

Eligibility

PhD in bioinformatics, data science or related; excellent scientific computing and Python skills; published ML/scientific computing experience; interest in protein design; fluent English.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Funding & Benefits

Fixed-term to 31 July 2032; salary per Danish state-sector collective agreement based on qualifications, plus 18.07% pension.
