Overview

Intensive 16-day hands-on CSHL course (8-24 March 2027) on techniques for studying interactions between the nervous system and cancer, including cancer models, optogenetics, microscopy, electrophysiology and single-cell analysis. Applications close 8 January 2027.

Eligibility

PhD or MD/PhD graduate students and postdoctoral researchers, prioritising those spanning cancer biology and neuroscience; personal statement, project description, CV and three reference letters required.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Funding & Benefits

Course cost USD 5,640 including food and housing; need-based subsidy of up to 50% for domestic (US) applicants via NCI (pending approval).
