Overview
PhD project co-supervised by Prof. Michael Nash and Prof. Niko Beerenwinkel developing surface-display and deep-sequencing methods to study force-dependent protein interactions, applied to blood clotting and von Willebrand disease. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis via the ETH portal.
Eligibility
Master's in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics or related field; molecular biology and protein expression experience; Python skills (ML a plus); fluent English; eligible for the D-BSSE doctoral programme.
