Overview

PhD in the Microbial Evolutionary Genetics Lab (Department of Experimental Medical Science) studying how species interactions in a four-species urinary tract infection model affect antibiotic responses, biofilms and resistance evolution. Eligibility

Master's degree in microbiology, molecular biology, biotechnology or related field; hands-on experimental microbiology and bacterial culturing; experience with polymicrobial or similar infection models; basic R and/or Python; fluent English.
