Overview
EACR travel fellowships let early-career cancer researchers, including PhD students, visit a lab abroad to learn techniques or start collaborations. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the visit starts.
Eligibility
EACR members (directly or through an affiliated national society) with no more than 8 years of postdoctoral experience (career breaks excluded), currently working in cancer research at a recognised institution or company. Apply at least 12 weeks before the planned trip.
Nationality: Open to all nationalities (EACR membership required)
Funding & Benefits
Up to EUR 3,500 per fellowship towards a visit to another laboratory or research group to learn new skills.
Stipend/Salary: Up to EUR 3,500 (one-off) (EUR)
