The Broad Institute runs a Broad-wide 'Early Career Researchers' pipeline that places incoming Research Associate I hires into a best-matched lab based on their interests and skills, to work on independent and collaborative bench research.
Eligibility
Current undergraduate senior graduating ~Summer 2027 or earlier, majoring in life sciences, biology, chemistry, biotechnology or chemical engineering; at least 1 year of independent research experience outside coursework; must commit to a 2-year tenure; OPT holders need 24+ months remaining
Nationality: Open to all nationalities meeting US work-authorization requirements
