Overview
Hands-on in-person course at EMBL-EBI teaching machine learning, deep learning and LLM use on biological data with Python through lectures and mentored group projects. Held in June 2027 (14-18 June per course page); applications open 30 November 2026 and close 28 February 2027.

Life scientists, especially PhD students and early-career researchers, with beginner-level Python; no prior machine learning experience needed. 30 places, selection-based.
