Overview

Week-long in-person EMBL-EBI course (15-19 November 2027) on NGS analysis: sequence informatics, re-sequencing, short- vs long-read data, variant calling and scalable pipelines. Applications open 4 May 2027 and close 1 August 2027 (per EMBL events listing).
