Overview

Five-day virtual EMBL-EBI course covering RNA-seq experimental design, QC, mapping, visualisation and functional interpretation with Expression Atlas and g:Profiler. Runs 22-26 February 2027 over Zoom; applications close 22 November 2026.

Eligibility

Life science researchers (wet or dry lab) wanting foundational RNA-seq analysis skills; prior R/Linux experience helpful but not essential. Open application with selection for 35 places.
