Overview

Virtual five-day course on scRNA-seq analysis in Python: QC, normalisation, dimensionality reduction, clustering, marker genes, differential expression, plus spatial transcriptomics and trajectory analysis. Held 12-16 April 2027; applications opened 28 September 2026 and close 10 January 2027.

Eligibility

Wet-lab researchers generating or working with scRNA-seq data, with basic Unix command line and foundational Python knowledge. 35 places, selection-based.
