Overview

Merit fellowships for top students entering an EPFL Master's programme, including Life Sciences Engineering and Bioengineering. External candidates apply together with the Master's application; the first-round deadline is 15 December (second round 31 March) for autumn 2027 entry.

Eligibility

Excellent students applying to an EPFL Master's programme (including life sciences and bioengineering); selection on academic record plus research, entrepreneurship and civic engagement; tick the fellowship box on the Master's application and submit the requested file.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Funding & Benefits

CHF 10,000 per semester plus guaranteed housing; renewal for the second year requires at least 50 ECTS and an average of 5.0/6.
