Overview

PhD project at KI's Department of Neuroscience (Biomedicum, SciLifeLab affiliation) analysing and modelling large-scale neural recordings in freely moving animals with graph-theory, dynamical-systems and machine-learning methods. Apply by 30 October 2026.

Eligibility

Master's degree or equivalent (at least 240 credits, of which 60 at advanced level) and English proficiency equivalent to Swedish upper-secondary English B/6. Strong quantitative background with programming (Python, MATLAB or Julia); computational neuroscience, physics, applied maths or related field.

Funding & Benefits
