Overview
CIMMYT's Global Wheat Program is hiring a postdoctoral fellow at its Mexico headquarters to develop and implement hybrid wheat breeding strategies for yield, stress tolerance and quality. The post is a 3-year international appointment and the advert remains open until filled (published August 2026). Apply online with CV, three references and a cover letter.
Eligibility
Recent PhD in plant breeding/genetics with cereal hybrid breeding experience; field-based breeding background; statistics and data management skills; peer-reviewed publications; fluent English (Spanish desirable).
