Overview

RECOMB 2027 is the 31st edition of the leading algorithms-focused computational molecular biology conference, held 17-20 May 2027 in Toronto with satellite meetings (RECOMB-Seq, CCB, CG, Genetics) on 15-16 May. Paper abstracts must be registered by 28 October 2026 (AoE) and full papers submitted by 4 November 2026.

Eligibility

Original, unpublished computational/methodological research (max 10 pages); each author on at most 4 submissions; software papers must have public code. All papers must be registered in abstract form by the abstract deadline.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities
