Overview

RiSE is a 12-month internship at Roche's Innovation Center in Basel giving PhD and medical students exposure to drug discovery and development, including cell and gene therapy research, under mentorship from Roche scientists.

Eligibility

EU/EFTA nationals: completed Master's within the last 12 months or currently enrolled in a PhD/medical programme. Non-EU/EFTA nationals: currently enrolled in a PhD/medical programme with university certification that an industry internship is mandatory.

Nationality: Open to EU/EFTA and non-EU/EFTA nationals meeting enrollment criteria

Funding & Benefits

Monthly internship salary, travel expenses, accommodation support, and reimbursement of Swiss work-permit application costs.
