Overview

Rolling small grants for early-career conservationists leading field-based nature conservation projects in developing countries. There are no deadlines; applications are accepted at any time through the online portal. Bangladesh is on the eligible country list, making it suitable for GEB graduates working on biodiversity, conservation genetics or environmental projects.

Eligibility

Individuals running nature conservation projects in an eligible (developing) country; priority to those pursuing or recently completing Master's or PhD-level conservation studies; one application per 12 months.

Nationality: Applicants working in eligible countries incl. Bangladesh

Funding & Benefits

1st Rufford Small Grant up to GBP 7,000; follow-on 2nd grant up to GBP 8,000, Booster Grant up to GBP 12,000 and Completion Grant up to GBP 18,000.
