Overview

A joint PhD in computational biology and medicine run by three New York institutions, for students with strong quantitative skills who want to work on biological and medical data. International students receive the same full package. Applications close 1 December 2026 at midnight EST.

Eligibility

Undergraduate or master's degree in a quantitative field (computer science, maths, physics, engineering or related) with strong training in linear algebra, statistics and programming; research experience; science GPA 3.6+.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities (full funding regardless of citizenship)

Funding & Benefits

Stipend USD 54,000 (2025-26), full-tuition scholarship including fees and health insurance, research allowance (USD 2,500 year 1, USD 1,500 thereafter) and subsidised housing; international students fully funded regardless of citizenship.
